It’s very
rightly said a person who gets up early is health wealthy and wise, let me
explain a person who gets up early say 5am to that of a person who get up at
8am has about 3 hour extra in a day to spend which means a person who gets up
early has more time to earn proper time to have meals and do some routine
exercise to keep his body and mind healthy.
So the main
problem here is we all want to get up early but what to do our body says just 5
min and it becomes hour before we relies its now we have to get up or else we
will be late. So I am here to discuss a way that makes me wake up early and
this will help you to; There is an app on your phone related to alarm but we are not going to use this app instead we will download one from android store name AlarmMe that gives you option to set mathematical solution to close the
alarm so you need to have such an app or similar sot of application. This application is very much useful for those who face problem is getting up
early in the morning, unless you solve the problem it won’t close and once you
have solved the problem your mind has started working and stimulating so its
idleness has disappeared and you will not fell lazy and you are good to go for
your day.
